During my recent city break, I was pleased with the overall experience at the hotel. the central location made it easy for me to explore the city, and the staff were welcoming and helpful in giving me suggestions for things to do. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi which allowed me to stay connected to friends and family back home.
the bathroom heater didn't seem to work well, and the water pressure in the shower was weak.

The hotel room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was impressed with the free breakfast that was offered every morning. The location was convenient as it was close to many shops and restaurants.
There were some negative aspects to my stay. The bathroom heater did not work properly and there was no kettle in the room to make hot drinks.

Our room was spacious and comfortable with a beautifully designed bathroom. the staff provided excellent service and catered to our family's needs. the breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. the room was equipped with all the necessary facilities, including a kettle, coffee, and tea bags.
We did experience some trouble with the air conditioning, which took a while to cool down the room.
